I spent Memorial Day weekend 2023 doing something that I had only dreamed of. Up on the third floor of the great falls airport, there is a beautiful panorama room where I kicked off the 2023 wedding season with one of the most loving couples and two of the kindest individuals. Sydney and Zach Ward. There were beautiful red flowers, white linens and tasteful placements of black. The awards table reminded me of a romantic dinner for two somewhere in the magical city of Paris. I just had to make that feeling come to life. Originally, I had planned to set the scene outside but it was a rainy day and I didn’t want Sydney’s dress to be wet and dirty for her reception so with the help of both Sydney and Zach, we created the outside scene inside and it was just as magical as I envisioned. 

It goes without saying but wedding days are stressful. But these two showed nothing but joy, grace and kindness throughout the entire day. And when it was time for speeches every word spoken showcased the gigantic hearts of Mr and Mrs Ward. From their love and dedication to their friends and family and to those that they don’t know. These two have the kind of love and motivation that changes peoples lives. Not only for each other but but the love they carry in their hearts for others is inspiring. 

Being Memorial Day weekend they made a decision to have many extra bouquets and flowers availability to all of their guests to bring to an honor lost loved ones. This is just a glimpse into their kindness. 

During their ceremony, Sydney and Zach shared their own vows and while there was not a dry eye in sight, they too shared tears with each other as they so intimately spoke to one another. 

When I think back on their wedding day, love is the biggest image that comes to mind. While their venue was absolutely gorgeous, their love outshined it all.
